VIP 1:1 Mentorship

Transitioning from RN to NP can be overwhelming — you’re expected to handle complex visits, manage full schedules, and make confident decisions with limited guidance.

In this 3-month mentorship program, you’ll work directly with Allison Sowders, CNP, to:

• Build clinical confidence and improve decision-making

• Strengthen your primary care skills

• Get personalized support and answers between sessions

• Access to the CMP course and Diabetes Management course (and upcoming courses that will be available soon!) 

Includes biweekly Zoom sessions, email support, and practical NP resources for your everyday clinic workflow.

Mentorship Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

The Mentorship Program provides educational guidance for new nurse practitioners. This includes scheduled 1:1 Zoom calls, asynchronous support (email/voice message), access to resources, and community support (if applicable). The Program is educational only and does not provide medical, legal, or professional licensure advice.

2. No Medical or Clinical Advice

All information provided is for educational purposes only.
The Program does not:

• provide medical advice

• establish a provider-patient relationship

• supervise your clinical practice

• replace employer training or preceptorship requirements

You are responsible for all clinical decisions made in your practice.

3. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable.
Because the Program includes immediate access to digital resources and support, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

4. Scheduling + Missed Sessions

1:1 calls must be scheduled using the provided booking link.
If you need to reschedule, 24-hour notice is required.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and cannot be made up.

All mentorship sessions must be used within the program period. Unused sessions do not roll over.

5. Communication Boundaries

You will have access to asynchronous support (email/voice message/Slack, depending on your tier).
Response times are typically within 24–48 business hours.
Support is not available after hours, during holidays, or outside the communication channels provided.

6. No Guarantees

While the Program aims to improve confidence, workflow, and clinical reasoning, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Your success depends on your participation, effort, and independent professional decision-making.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program materials — including videos, slides, PDFs, guides, templates, and messaging content — are owned by Nurse Practitioner Mentor.
You may not:

• share materials publicly

• repost, sell, or distribute resources

• use content in your own paid programs

• claim content as your own

Access is for your personal use only.

8. Confidentiality

You may discuss cases only with all patient-identifying information fully removed (HIPAA compliant).
You agree to maintain confidentiality of other members’ experiences and discussions if community access is included.

9. No Transfer of Program Access

Your Program purchase is for one individual.
Program access may not be transferred, shared, gifted, or resold.

10. Termination

Nurse Practitioner Mentor may remove any participant for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. No refunds will be issued if removed for cause.

11. Legal Disclaimer

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• You are solely responsible for your professional decisions

• You will follow your state’s licensure rules, employer policies, and clinical guidelines

• You release Nurse Practitioner Mentor from claims arising from your choices or actions in practice

12. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the non-refundable policy.
