Welcome to Nurse Practitioner Mentor LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.nursepractitionermentor.com (“Website”) and all courses, services, and products offered through our Website.

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of Website and Courses

By using our Website and enrolling in our courses, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent to use this site.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • All content provided is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. License to Use Materials

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access course content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or resell course materials.
  • Share login credentials or grant access to unauthorized users.
  • Use course content to create competing products or services.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse Website data.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Disclaimers

  • Educational Purposes Only: All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Content is intended for licensed professionals and should not replace clinical judgment, employer protocols, institutional policies, or specialist consultation.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, income, or professional performance.
  • Content Updates: Clinical guidance changes, so content may change or become outdated over time. While you are subscribed, The Vault adds new entries regularly. One-time products, such as courses and downloads, may be updated at our discretion. We do not promise any specific update, so always check current guidance before you act.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurse Practitioner Mentor LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of our Website or courses.
  • Business losses, lost revenue, or missed opportunities.
  • Technical issues, interruptions, errors, or website downtime.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply to you.

5. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Kajabi, which uses third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Refund Policy: Whether you can get a refund depends on what you bought.
    • Clinical Desk Reference and The Documentation Phrase Pack (digital downloads): All sales are final. These are delivered instantly as digital files, so we cannot take them back once they are in your hands, and no refunds are issued after delivery.
    • Primary Care Clinical Mastery Program: You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase as long as you have completed less than 25% of the course content. After 7 days, or once 25% or more of the course is completed, the purchase is final.
    • The Vault, monthly: You can cancel anytime and you will not be charged again. Monthly payments, including your first payment and every renewal, are not refunded. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
    • The Vault, annual: If you request it within 7 days of your first annual payment, you get a full refund. If your annual plan renews and you did not mean to stay, email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that renewal and end your access. Once that window passes, the year is final, you keep access through the end of the year you paid for, and it will not renew again once you cancel.
    • Prior Refunds: We may decline a refund request from anyone who has already received a refund from us.
    • How to Request a Refund: Email allisoncnp@nursepractitionermentor.com within the window above, from the email address you used to buy, and tell us what you purchased.
  • Subscriptions: See the Subscriptions (The Vault) section below for billing, renewal, cancellation and failed-payment details.

6. Subscriptions (The Vault)

The Vault is a subscription. Here is exactly how the billing works, in plain terms.

  • Billing options: You can pay monthly or yearly. Founding pricing is $47 a month or $470 a year, for members who join on or before Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 11:59pm ET. Members who join after that pay $67 a month or $670 a year (two months free compared to monthly).
  • Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on your plan, and your saved payment method is charged the current rate for your plan, until you cancel.
  • Your founding rate is held: If you joined at the founding rate, you keep that rate for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel, or your subscription ends because a payment could not be collected, the founding rate ends with it. If you rejoin later, you pay the price in effect when you rejoin.
  • How to cancel: You can cancel anytime. Log in, click your profile picture in the top right, then go to Settings and then Billing. You can also email allisoncnp@nursepractitionermentor.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You will get an email confirming your cancellation.
  • Access after you cancel: Cancelling stops future charges. It does not cut off time you have already paid for. You keep full access to The Vault until the end of your current paid month or year, and then your access ends.
  • Price changes: If we ever change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, so you have time to decide whether to stay. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Founding members keep their founding rate as long as they stay subscribed, as described above.
  • Failed payments: If a renewal payment does not go through, we will email you right away. Please update your card by logging in and going to your profile picture, then Settings, then Billing. Our payment processor will retry the charge over the following days. If the payment still cannot be collected, your subscription and your access to The Vault will end.
  • Bonus access: Sometimes we include free time in The Vault as a bonus with another purchase. Bonus access is free, lasts for the period stated in the offer, and ends on its own when that period is over. You are never charged for it, and it never turns into a paid subscription automatically. If you want to keep The Vault after your bonus ends, you can join at the regular price in effect at that time.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or trade user data.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
  • Standard cookies and analytics tools are used to improve user experience.

8. User Responsibility for Course Application

You are solely responsible for how you apply the information learned in our courses.

You agree to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, employer policies, and professional standards when implementing any strategies or recommendations.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, templates, frameworks, materials, and intellectual property are owned exclusively by Nurse Practitioner Mentor LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, repurpose, or create derivative works or competing products using our materials without written permission.

Violations may result in legal action.

10. Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific level of income or financial success. Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.

11. Marketing & Compliance Disclaimer

If you implement marketing or business strategies discussed in our content, you are responsible for complying with:
