How is this different from the Clinical Desk Reference?
The Desk Reference is twelve topics on double-sided sheets, the things you look up most, sized to grab mid-visit. The Vault is everything else.
What if my question is not in there?
Submit it. The ones that come up more than once get written up and added. It is not a finished book, it is the notebook I am still keeping.
