PRIVACY POLICY

Nurse Practitioner Mentor LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs https://www.nursepractitionermentor.com (the “Website”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Website, download a free resource, register for a masterclass, buy something, or message us, and what we do with it. We are a small business based in Ohio, United States. We keep this simple and we do not sell your information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: Your name and email address when you download a free resource, register for a masterclass, or join our email list; your name, email address and billing details when you make a purchase; anything you type into a form, such as a contact message, a question submitted to The Vault, or a CE reimbursement request; and anything you send us by email or direct message.
  • Payment information: Payments are handled by Kajabi through processors such as Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: When you use the Website, we and our tools collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you got here (for example, an ad or a social post), and general location based on your IP address.
  • Account and course activity: If you buy a product, Kajabi records things like your login, which lessons you have opened, and your progress, so your access works and your place is saved.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver what you signed up for or bought, including downloads, course access and Vault access.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send you the emails you asked for, including resources, masterclass reminders, product updates and occasional offers.
  • Answer your questions and help with access problems.
  • See which pages, posts and ads are working so we can improve the Website and spend our ad budget wisely.
  • Show our ads to people likely to find them useful, including people who have already visited the Website.
  • Prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Cookies, Pixels and Analytics

The Website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Some are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you logged in and completing checkout. Others help us measure and advertise:

  • Google Analytics 4: Shows us how visitors use the Website in aggregate.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): Tells us when a visit or purchase came from a Meta ad and lets us show ads to people who have visited the Website.
  • Google Ads tag: Measures whether our Google ads lead to visits or purchases.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Website may not work properly if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, adjust Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and manage how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what each one needs to do its job:

  • Kajabi: Hosts the Website, courses, The Vault, checkout, forms and our email marketing.
  • Stripe and PayPal: Process payments through Kajabi checkout.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): Advertising and the Meta Pixel.
  • Google: Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tag.
  • ManyChat: Runs automated direct messages on Instagram and Facebook. If you comment a keyword or message us there, ManyChat receives your public profile name, your messages, and any email address you choose to share so it can send you what you asked for.
  • ProveSource: May show small pop-up notifications on some pages about recent purchases. These can include a buyer’s first name, general location and the product purchased. If you would rather not appear in these notifications, email us and we will remove you.

Each of these companies handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

6. Email and Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send emails about your purchases, your account or your subscription, such as receipts, access details and billing notices.

You can also email us to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will do our best to honor your request within a reasonable time, unless we are required to keep certain records, such as purchase and tax records.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information for as long as you are on our email list or have an account or active purchase with us, and afterward for as long as we reasonably need it for records, taxes, refunds or disputes. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. How We Protect It

We use established platforms such as Kajabi and Stripe that protect data with industry-standard security. No website or online service is ever 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we never store full card numbers and we limit who can access your information.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Website and our products are made for licensed healthcare professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Where We Are and Visitors Outside the U.S.

We are based in Ohio, United States, and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and elsewhere. If you visit from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be handled under U.S. law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our tools or products change. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or with a notice on the Website.
