You're in. Start with the one that's blank.
Thank you. The Vault is in your account library now, and your receipt and access link are in your email.
Before your next shift: open the Clinic Sheet. It is the only thing in here that starts empty, and it is the one that makes the rest of it work. Your lab, your imaging, your referral wait times, your collaborating physician's real turnaround.
You will not know most of it today. That is normal. Ask the medical assistant who has been there nine years, she knows all of it. One line at a time.
Your first week
Three things, then you can forget all this and just use the search bar.
- Open Start Here. Five minutes. It tells you how the entries are shaped so you stop reading them like articles.
- Fill in one line of your Clinic Sheet. Not all of it. One line.
- Hit reply on any email from me with the question you got stuck on this week. The ones that come up more than once get written up and added.
Search it the way you would say it. "Rash no idea what it is." "TSH 6.2 feels fine." "Refill I did not prescribe." The entries are titled the way you ask, on purpose.
New entries every week. The Friday member email tells you what went in.
